- Should be able to travel
- Should be able to think creatively and out of the box
- The person should be passionate about wanting to make a difference to the lives of people in our communities.
- Ability to speak Kannada will be an advantage but not essential

- Website management – content and pictures. Technical work to be coordinated with Corporate Communications
- Facebook Page
- Press releases
- Quarterly newsletter
- Brochures for the foundation and smaller brochures for individual programs
- Sustainability Report – coordination
- Research on current happenings in the health space, with regard to our communities
- Writing content for fliers
- Coordinating with translators
- Annual Report – both for Biocon and our own individual annual report.
